RESIDENTIAL
Pool Service
Three plans offered to meet your pool service needs, no matter how
great or small.
Residential (Home) Pool Plans:
Plan A
“The Cadillac”
- Check and balance chemicals weekly
- Vacuum the bottom, brush the walls and clean the tiles weekly
- Clean the filter monthly
- Empty pump and skimmer baskets as needed

Plan B
“Pools without an automatic pool cleaner”
- Check and balance the chemicals weekly
- Vacuum the bottom, brush the walls and clean the tiles
every other week
- Clean the filter monthly
- Empty pump and skimmer baskets as needed

Plan C
“Pools with an automatic pool cleaner”
- Check and balance chemicals weekly
- Brush the walls and clean the tiles once a month
(The automatic pool cleaner should keep the bottom clean)
- Clean the filter monthly
- Empty the pump and skimmer baskets as needed

COMMERCIAL Pool Service
The Pool
Doctor takes care of more commercial pools than anyone in Lee County.
We have the experience to service, repair and upgrade commercial pools
ranging from the smallest condo to the largest resort.
We are a state-certified swimming pool servicing contractor
(CPC 057088), and are, of course, fully licensed and insured.
We are a member of COMA, the Condominium Owners and Managers
Association.
We can design a service plan that takes into account your needs, usage,
budget, and the Health Department requirements.
